Empowerment

94% Women labour force are working from unrecognised sector for which their work is not counted and hence remain invisible. Women are under paid, not recognised, harassed and deprived from their basic right. Infact women workers themselves often remain uncounted, under counted and invisible. Along with dignity, women need recognition in the society as well. Through skill based training and awareness programmes, RADHA BALA FOUNDATION helps to overcome women from such problems.

The Foundation organises training programmes, workshops for uneducated women in Sericulture, Handlooms and Handicrafts, Tailoring, Embroidery and Dress Making to make them self employed. It is only in this manner that women will be able to strengthen their leadership quality, confidence and bargaining power both within and outside their homes. We belief that every woman should be self reliant and for this they should know how they can help themselves. With this motive, during last three years, RADHA BALA FOUNDATION has been working on imparting skills to young girls and women especially those who are school drop outs,  domestic workers, single mother, self help group (SHG) members and those who are in difficult phase of life but does not belong to any category.
