The World Day against Child Labour, which is held every year on June 12, is intended to foster the world wide movement against child labour. On this day we have conducted some activity programme with street children those who are not able to start their minimum school education due to poverty.

When hunger, cloth and shelter are the issues that need immediate attention for survival, books can never be the priority for such children. They struggle for survival and dreams and desire are covered by layers and layers of daily issues. We all talk about poverty and how these children need a chance in life .But then how many of us actually act, try to became mentors and help as many as we can. RADHA BALA FOUNDATION nurtures such children’s forgotten dreams and aspiration by providing them education, books, food and shelter.
A child today in the future of a growing nation. It is solely every individual’s duty and responsibility to shape up our nation’s tomorrow. If the root today is so weak, how can the tree of nation give fruits? RADHA BALA FOUNDATION has taken the initiative to provide primary education to our future leaders.
Hence, we provide education to children who are school dropouts or who work as domestic slaves and are not capable of continuing school due to various difficult circumstances.
Future project for Child Development – An Orphanage and a Primary School is being proposed to be established in Chayyagaon block, Kamrup district, Assam.
